“First 1-star review I’ve ever given — and they earned every bit of it. Gessner’s original bid came in at $1,240.09 — which included $500 for “special order” shipping on warranty parts for equipment THEY previously installed. Let that sink in. At 4 AM the very next morning after repairs were completed, we were woken up by water streaming from our ceilings. Their repairs had not been done properly. They came out, confirmed it was their fault, and sent painters to fix the damage to our home. The paint job was sloppy and had to be redone. Through all of this — water damage, bad repairs, a disrupted home — they relentlessly hounded us with invoice reminders via email, text, and physical mail. We negotiated the final bill down and paid $1,120.47 in full. Their response? An email firing us as customers. We were thoroughly disgusted from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.”

“My elderly parent’s air conditioner stopped working. I called Michael Gessner and he sent Grayson who determined it was the compressor and due to the age of the unit, it needed to be replaced. They came the following Monday and replaced the entire unit in one day. The next day my parents realized their doorbell no longer worked. It had come unhooked from the transformer in the attic while the guys were working. I contacted Dean and he sent someone out to fix it within hours. Great customer service! I highly recommend.”
