“FRNKA AC & Appliances has been installing/repairing our AC/Heat systems and appliances for 18 years, ever since we moved to this area. They have always been fantastic, honest, fair and practical, never advising us incorrectly. Systems have always lasted as long as expected and new appliances always are exactly what we needed. They just successfully and very professionally completed another major installation of a worn out AC/Heat/Duct system. I am always pleased with their workmanship, their expertise, as well as the quality and character of their technicians, all trained by the incomparable Ernie. I can always trust them to be reliable in their advice, service and workmanship, plus they are always so friendly and personable, too, including their receptionist. It has been a relief to trust them all through these many years, as I have 2 complete AC systems and access to one attic is really difficult, but they never complain. Thanks, Ernie, and everyone at Frnka for all of your wonderful and dependable service.”

“Called Vacek and Anderson A/C Services twice on March 3rd to schedule a service on two units at my house that we just purchased. Called the first time to see if they serviced our area which was confirmed by the lady that answered the phone and was told it would be $80 for them to come out, then called them back a second time within 10 minutes after calling to ask my husband if that was okay, to schedule. I was told they'd come out the following week since March 3rd was a Friday. I was pretty flexible saying I'd be home most of the week, I gave directions, and was told that they would call me when they were on their way. It's now exactly a month later and haven't heard from them. Had to call another company and they came out as promised. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to support my local businesses.”
