“We contacted AC Ninja for a routine check-up of our Two (2) Trane 4-Ton 17Seer A/C & Gas Furnace Systems that they recommended and installed in May of 2021; great communication on arrival time; quick but thorough check-up; no unnecessary recommendations for repairs or parts. “AC Ninja is great and i would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC repairs or replacements. I knew my old unit was going out soon. I had another company come out and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. Joseph came out, told me what the issue was, and told me we would be lucky to get 2 weeks out of it. We were trying to time the replacement with some other renovations so we gambled. It went out two days later. I texted Joseph on a Sunday that we needed to move forward with the replacement. He texted back immediately and said he would call on Monday morning to see if they had what we needed in stock. He called on Monday and said he would be out here on Tuesday at 8:30 and would be done by 3:30. Everything was done by 3:30 like he said. Great work. Great product. Great prices.”
