“This place needs some serious TLC. This is an accident waiting to happen. They reply to other comments saying they will look into the issues, and fix the problems. But these issues still stand. There are kids climbing in and out of the holes, some holes are at the higher levels of the playscape so if a kid falls through it will not be good. I can’t believe they can operate like this.”

“VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. There's a lack of cleanliness in all the attractions, and some attractions need maintenance and repair. I didn't think the entrance fee was fair considering the terrible condition of the place. I'm quite disappointed and don't recommend it, at least not for now. The ball pit is the worst part.”

“This is a great place for special needs individuals. I got my son the membership and it’s very worth it. The staff is great especially the zip line and ropes course employees. One even walked my son through the ropes course the first time so he would understand how to do it from then on. We’ll keep coming back.”

“Great place, but poor customer service at reception and with the staff at the games. My son waited for almost 20 minutes and only had 5 minutes, even though he had two other children playing in the area. I asked to be taken to another challenge, and they said his time was up. I asked for help at reception, and they just told me to do it on the website. Luckily, the manager on duty helped me with the parent tickets since I had already done everything online.”

“Had kiddos birthday party here today, it was a great time but the place needs basic maintenance… ball pit balls we’re almost all flattened, rips in the netting all around the facility, trash on the equipment visible to everyone, equipment dirty. The party server we had was great, but when we went to check out - the front desk lady made us wait literally like 10 min for her, just for her to come out from behind, PASS US UP and greet a friend of hers before greeting us and checking us out fully. Then asked for us to tip the party server $70! Like doooooo what? I went to this place when it first opened and it was great but it deffffff needs to be taken care of.”
