“I was driving in the Woodlands and Hal Watson's red and yellow pickup truck with his phone number rolled by me honking at me. I have no idea, but the horn is for emergency purposes not road rage that nobody has any idea what you're upset about. I was literally stopped at a red light, and Hal's employee waits til he's driving beside my window and blares his horn as he makes a right turn. If I need cooling, I'll be calling a more friendly company.”

“We recently switched to Hal Watson and know we made the right decision. First, I was not given a hard time to make changes to my system after the inspection. Second, they came out and helped me with a thermostat issue. The company that installed it did not give me valuable information. Lastly, my mother had an issue on a cold Sunday morning. She was able to stay with us. HW called early on Monday morning and had her fixed by Monday afternoon. She is also switching to you for service. We appreicate all your business has done for us all.”

“Called set up a annual specifically ask if the fee included blowing out that lines - they said yes- I received a call from the service tech on site stating it was another 229- he then called his manager to confirm - told him to get off the property then they tried to blame me for not finishing the job ! Bate and switch !”

Finally it was repaired after 2k plus in repairs. Tech claimed I needed a a whole new part. Yet they claimed it could not be soldered, yet they soldered it in place. Also rude Techs Overpriced and damaged part claiming it was new?”
