About

Imc Management Services Inc runs HVAC operations from Fort Worth in Texas. They focus on mechanical equipment and systems throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metro area. With roots going back thirty years in general contracting and facilities management, the outfit started in Texas and now covers broader southwestern regions. Homeowners and property managers in the area deal with them for heating and cooling needs in various building types including restaurants and office spaces. The crew aims to handle equipment installs and maintenance while watching project costs closely.

Technicians from the company handle HVAC repairs and system checks for residential communities under management contracts. Names like Steve and Megan come up in customer calls when issues arise with heating units or cooling problems. They also manage refrigeration equipment to keep it running long term in commercial spots. Work includes tenant improvements and general upkeep but customers report needing to chase answers on bills and service requests. The process involves responding to developer needs but sometimes leads to disputes over charges for homeowners in the neighborhood. Managers such as Megan Barnes take over accounts from previous staff and handle day to day coordination though follow through often requires extra effort from the property side.

Some reviews note solid results once a job gets moving such as the smooth switch to new community management that left one board satisfied after two years. Other feedback points to slow phone responses and reactive handling of problems like election paperwork or warranty calls that drag on. Speed and communication draw the most comments while price and quality land in the middle across the board. The mixed record adds up to the current standing. What Customers Say

UPDATE: Regarding the reply…. No one answers the phone. I called Steve, Megan and no one answers the phone. It’s clearly that y’all don’t care!!! This management company it’s awful, at least for our community it is. Amanda used to be very responsive but they gave the charge to Megan Barnes and she’s horrible at communicating, never responds to emails. Kellyn Oaks Community went down hill and all I know is because they don’t have money to fix or maintain the community because apparently homeowners are not paying their dues but they’re also not reinforcing any rules and we been like this for years. It took a year for them to fix a light pole, we have 2 fences down and last time they say they were looking for contractors but to not expect the park fence to get fix. They don’t send any communication letters at all and now our community website is down. The seesaw in the park needs to be removed or replaced because there’s screws missing and it’s dangerous for the kids and nothing has been done I have a bunch of emails requesting all this things but nothing gets fix. We need more communication, letters need to be sent as not every homeowner attends meetings and just because u don’t attend a meeting does not mean you don’t communicate what’s going on. It’s very frustrating that no one’s takes the time to explain or communicate what’s going on with this community, as a homeowner I deserve answers and a better treatment it’s horrible!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever. Will target specific homeowners and try to stick unwarranted bills simply to satisfy a developer's greed. Soon as our neighborhood can swap you best believe we are leaving imc. No one ever answers the phone or emails.

The HOA board replaced our property management company we had for 12 years with IMC two years ago. We have been happy with their service and our community manager has been excellent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Despite one of our board members working there in upper management, we still have to be the expert and constantly follow up. The account manager does VERY LITTLE to head up problems and is only reactionary.. things like forgetting to run elections or not following up on utilities, just to name a couple... if you hire IMC, plan to do the work yourself. They can't be bothered.

I have witnessed this company take 2 years of past due HOA fees totally $700 and turn it into $9000 of legal fees. They have no ethical boundaries. Hope that you do not have to deal with Brenda Leija, she is disrespectful, will never follow up on phone calls, and provides inaccurate information.
