As a team, they were very thorough, organized, working safely throughout the installation. They are very professional, polite and knowledgeable. “Our very new A/C just shut down completely, in the middle of a sweltering hot Saturday in June when we had family in town for a visit. The company we’ve used in the past claimed they provided weekend service, but we couldn’t get them to answer the phone or respond to messages. When they finally did respond, they said they wouldn’t come out until Monday. We decided to look for a better option. Ingenuity Air came highly recommended by a contractor friend of mine. He called the owner, Dustin, and explained the situation. Within minutes, Dustin called us personally, and said he’d have a technician out as soon as possible. Minutes later, a manager named Katie called to follow up and make sure we were taken care of. A technician arrived within an hour and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he’d be happy to perform a full service/repair, even though it was a Saturday. It was really nice to know we’d actually have the problem fully resolved, rather than just a quick fix to address the emergency. The technician was prompt, professional, and courteous. We immediately decided to cut ties with our old service provider, and will use Ingenuity for maintenance and any other issues in the future.
