“First desk people were great, smiles for miles. Attentive and responsive. Techs knives were very sharp. They cut deep into people's pockets who don't understand the industry. Might be shop policy, tech knowledge, or service writer up-charging. Bottom line is they added parts and components unrealted to issues but in the same service area. Increased book time for repairs, didn't consolidate related jobs, and added spice to the price with "kits". Lastly they tried to double charge for diagnostic testing, written up as two separate customer complaints from the singular OBDII module. I cannot comment on their actual ability to physically repair a vehicle, but their integrity and transparency. It might just be the state of the industry today, but be prepared to grab your ankles if you accept their recommendations.”

“What I liked most about Milstead is how professionally structured their business is set up. Every employee has their assigned job and they pass it to the next employee, then the next until the work is completed. They were friendly and compassionate to the customers needs. They also dropped me off and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. I had the diagnostic done and it was worth the cost of 199.00 as my vehicle is running great. I plan on using them again when needed.”
