“I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. My heater died on me, I made an appointment online the next morning and then called to confirm. When I did the nice lady asked me if I wanted an earlier appointment. I did. Brice showed up on time, looked at my problem, and offered me several options. He was kind, professional and friendly. He and his assistant installed a new tankless system in about 6 hours. I was quite impressed with the detail and seamless organizing of the electrician, roofer and themselves getting and installing all the parts. I haven't gotten to really try out this new tankless system but... am very happy I called JD Precision.”
