Alex explained the issue throughly, was extremely knowledgeable, didn’t give me the runaround and went above and beyond to make sure my system was working properly before he left. I would appreciate this on a normal day, but being 8 months pregnant and unexpectedly coming home to a broken AC and to get resolution and a cool house within a couple of hours — I literally have no words, thank you thank you thank you!! 10/10 recommend!”
