“As things tend to happen, our AC unit stopped working during the hottest time of the year thus far. Milton's was quick to get someone out to check on things and to cool things off for us. Dennis, our Tech was impressive! He was very thorough in his inspections and thorough in the explanations of what he found and what needed to be done. He even took the extra step to check on the status of warranties for us, something that we weren't sure could be done since the units were purchase by the previous owners of our home. “Just to connect on PVC pipe underneath the bathroom water tank which was coming from the back wall, which already made the opening for them to access, they quoted me $395 quote but still very very high. I told them to use the old cut off valve and the hose connected to it but they want to replace it. I paid $48.50 service fee to them and said thank you. On Friday April 3rd, the owner of company personally called and asked about the issue and he was kind enough to assess the situation and refunded the trip charges, fair enough deal for us. Customer service was excellent by him.”

“4/24/26 Very fast to come out,same day I called within 30mins which was great,Had a clogged drainage for my washing machine,friendly tech,only problem is very high price to use a snake to unclog almost 400.00 I paid 351.00 and thats with me asking to waive 48.00 service fee to come out. Happy for the drain to be unclog quickly 30 min service time,but I wouldn't use this company again because of the price, I only agreed,because I didn't feel like looking around again,but I know its much affordable companies.”
