“First of all they are great people. They are very knowledgeable and advise what is best for the customer. We had an emergency issue on a Saturday and Josh finished up a job then headed over to us and quickly had the issue resolved. There was no pressure and he explained two options to us and what made sense. Truly grateful to still find wonderful people who care about their clients.”

We love our tankless water heater, and I appreciate a business owner who stands behind his work and makes things right. Thank you! He replaced our hot water heater with a tankless unit, and the new system has been fantastic. However, he was unable to remove the old water heater from the attic. Despite more than six months passing and multiple calls and text messages, the old water heater remains in our attic waiting to be removed.”
