“Insanely over priced. Had a fuse go out on a heat pump air handler at one of my properties and my tenant was billed $610 to replace it (A FUSE!!), which I was obligated to paid for. I would recommend Southern Air. Southern will actually charge you $99 for upfront evaluation and put an estimate in writing before proceeding, as it should be done.”
