About

Nixon Mobile Homes works out of Conroe, Texas and handles HVAC repairs and installations for mobile homes in the area. The company keeps a straightforward operation with phone and fax lines plus an email address so customers can reach them directly about cooling or heating problems. Conroe summers bring heavy humidity and heat that push mobile home units hard, leading to frequent compressor issues, duct leaks, and filter changes that homeowners face year after year. They stock or source parts needed to keep those systems running without long delays. Staff handle calls on the spot and track down items when local stock runs short.

They focus on practical service calls such as replacing broken components in mobile home HVAC setups and helping customers locate exact sizes or models that standard suppliers do not carry. One case involved a technician named Danny who called multiple distributors after a window part was missing from inventory and arranged delivery to the store so the job could finish without extra trips. Another visit had Skylar guiding a customer through every item needed, answering questions on the spot and confirming stock before checkout. The process stays simple with in-person help rather than online forms, and they cover needs for both owners and renters who walk in looking for quick fixes or full system checks.

Customers keep coming back because the team moves fast on parts that others cannot locate and keeps prices reasonable while explaining options clearly. Reviews highlight consistent quality in the work performed and reliable communication from the desk staff who follow through on every request without pushing extra services. Speed shows up when they locate missing items the same day, and the overall approach fits what mobile home owners in Conroe need for steady HVAC performance. What Customers Say

I had a great experience there at Nixon, Danny at the desk was very helpful. I was looking for a particular size window that my granddaughter broke out of our mobile home and they did not stock it, so he called around to several distributors and found one and had it delivered to the store. I was able to pick it up in a few days and everything they sell is at a reasonable price. Definitely will go to Nixon Mobile Home Supply in the future for anything I need.

Came by earlier and Skylar made sure I got everything I needed and attended to all my needs and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Hope to have her help me again in the future!

They have had everything i have needed and very nice.

This place isn't just great for homeowners, handymen, and property managers. It's also a great place to look into if you're a renter looking for a home. Their application process is easy(no uploading documents to a janky website, it's all physical with the option to email documents if needed). The way they write up the lease is easy to understand and detailed without being overwhelming and full of things said five times five different ways. The owner himself and his entire staff are very friendly, easy to talk to, quick, and thorough. They handle work orders quickly, usually next day even for minor things. The owner even got some of his men sent out on a Saturday morning for a blown pipe and they had it fixed in less than two hours. It's only been a month in our new home and this has been the best experience we've had renting already. If you are capable of communicating and treat their property with respect, they will make your life such a breeze. If you're tired of apartment living and neglectful property management, give Nixon a call to see if they have any homes available or coming up. It will probably save you money. Our three bedroom home here is cheaper(and honestly far nicer) than the two bedroom apartment we left and only barely more expensive than a one bedroom we used to live in.

Nice people but we had called ahead for a price check. Told one thing and was charged something completely different. $80 for a piece of sheet metal.
