“Let me start by saying previous service visits from Dylan went great!! My Mom thought he was kind and respectful. Today, however was not the case. I called for my Mom because you told her 2 weeks ago when you replaced her thermostat and another part ($701.89 which was overpriced but I let me slide because you were kind) that if she had any problems to call you back; this is called a followup and should NOT include a service fee ($95) especially since you left my 88 yo Mom without the warranty information or the information pamphlet book. So my Mom calls me while he’s still there told me about it, gave the phone to him and I could tell your energy had shifted. (How dare a senior citizen call her daughter and tell her anything was probably your thought). Then as I was explaining things to you and that my Mom wasn’t paying that (ie you just installed it and you’re not going to at least have a warranty or service her for 30 days, at least)?? You had the audacity to say to me I’m not going to argue with you… what.. I was not arguing Sir, it’s called a conversation so he pulled “that card”. Long story longer he handed my Mom the phone she said and tore up or balled up the “invoice bill” and left without a goodbye. How dare you treat my Mother with such disrespect! So as I told you, I will never call you again. I will spent more with a bigger company with a followup policy which is called a warranty. This is your business and you have to have integrity, honesty and professionalism and be kind which you lacked in this encounter!!! Obviously your representative showed up in previous visits but today the real you presented!!!”
