“About 2 years ago, Sevier Climate Control installed the HVAC system they recommended for my home. Their recommendation was spot-on and I have been completely satisfied (thrilled, actually) with the unit and their service. The day of installation went smoothly. The team was professional, respectful of my home, and did a great job cleaning up once the install was complete. Sevier kept me up to date at every point, from scheduling the install to follow up. And there were no delays or rescheduling, which means a lot for scheduling time off to be at home. Their pricing was consistent with other bids I received. But the quality of the install and service would be hard to beat. I've had them out on a regular basis to perform regular checkups/inspection. The communication and scheduling have continued to be spot on. The quality of their work and the level of care given to me as a customer makes it easy for me to highly recommend.”

“I've used Sevier for a long time - my current AC units were installed by them when the original builders units had run their expected life. I will admit that there was period when they were going through some management changes and responsiveness wasn't great. But my experience with them this past year has been solid. This most recent service was excellent. I called to report an issue on Sunday and received a call from dispatch Monday morning. Jeremiah was able to come out that same day and quickly isolated the issue based on a plugged drain line - which was resolved quickly and with no mess. He showed me the issue, the nature and size (huge and gross) of the sediment plug, and how to recognize and avoid or resolve myself in the future. The charge for the visit was well below what I had expected.”

“This company is wonderful. They put in our business A/C unit a few years ago when our old one died. They were quick and efficient, got to us very quickly and was very reasonably priced. This week, our A/C stopped working on us. I called and a technician was sent the next day. He got to us within the first hour of the window we were given and fixed it in 20 minutes. Turns out, the unit he installed years ago has a self protecting feature (awesome) and he got it reset and was able to explain it on our level of understanding. Cannot say enough good things about this company. 10/10 recommend.”

“Technician came out dispatched by our home warranty company. He explained what happened to me. What he sent in was different than what he told me. The warranty company is refusing to do any repairs saying the technician wrote it up in such a way that it isn't covered. This is the 2nd warranty company that has done this to us. This company is not one I'd do business with and I'd recommend you drop any home warranty company you have as they're all scams.”
