“I had a phenomenal experience using TCS for the replacement of my 4 and 2 ton Carrier HVAC units with new Trane units. You have to include these guys when you have to replace your units. Chad gave me a personal experience by providing me with his phone number. He and I had several discussions on the business side of the purchase. Kenney and his team provided the installation services. I want to share one example regarding their dedication to excellence. Kenney reviewed my duct sizes and on his own increased an intake duct from 16 to 18 inch to improve our system. Another thing I really love is that Kenney is going to be the person who will be performing future preventive maintenance. “TCS is your number 1 go to company for all your AC and Heating needs. We have known Chad Jones for 30 years or so. Around 28 years ago he installed our first system. He maintained it untill about 2018. At that time I had him upgrade the system at my parents house and my house as well. Kenny, Carlos,Carlos Jr. are just a few of the men that I had the pleasure of meeting through the years. They will always answer your questions. They have always been polite and professional. Recently I had TCS install a system at my lake place. The crew along with Chad Jones was able to navigate my storage area where I did not loose storage space. All the duck work and air handler was positioned neatly and out of the way. Chad was also able to fix the air flow in my building as well. Chad Jones is very professional and runs his buisness with Honestly and Integrity. He serves his community with the same Trust.”

“I called TCS A/C & Heating for their "free second opinion" on an in-warranty 3-ton compressor replacement. It turned out to be nothing more than a high-pressure sales pitch disguised as a service call. The technician on-site was incredibly dishonest. He initially slapped me with a verbal quote of $3,800. When I questioned why a warranty swap—where the actual manufacturer covers the expensive part—cost that much, he tried to aggressively justify it by claiming I needed a bunch of "other necessary parts" that I know for a fact do not cost that much. When the office finally emailed the official written quote for $3,650, the real scam became obvious. The paperwork explicitly listed "17-25 lbs of refrigerant." Here is the flat-out truth: My system can't even hold that much: The physical manufacturer data-plate on my unit states the maximum capacity is only 13.7 lbs. The technician literally tried to bill me for nearly double what my system can physically hold. They tried to steal my existing gas: My system is currently fully charged. An honest company recovers your existing gas, swaps the compressor, and puts your gas back in. This tech tried to trick me into buying a massive, brand-new full charge of phantom refrigerant. A fair market price for a pure warranty labor swap is around $1,500 to $2,000. This technician actively tried to pad the invoice with $1,500+ of unneeded refrigerant gas and cheap parts to inflate the job. If you are a homeowner who doesn't know how to read your unit's data-plate, this guy will absolutely take advantage of you. Do not trust their "free" second opinions—it's just a foot in the door to scam you. Avoid this company.”

“We had a home warranty that did not cover the repair for our HVAC. They sent an inexperienced technician who installed the wrong motor and wired it incorrectly. A neighbor of my wife's referred us to Kenny. I contacted Kenny and informed him of the situation. Despite having just arrived from the airport from North Carolina, he arrived at our house within the hour, examined the HVAC, and confirmed that the previous work was subpar. I inquired if he could install a new, correct motor, and after a long trip, he prioritized our needs, obtained a new motor, and wired it correctly.
