“Clay is an honest AC tech. The rooftop AC was partially unplugged. He plugged it back in and all was fine with the AC blowing cold again. He did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. He went above and beyond by scaling a ladder two stories up and climbing a steep roof up to the top where the AC unit is, and back down again. “On May 11, 2026, Ranger installed a14 SEER2 Sure Comfort Gas HVAV System 5 ton for my home in The Woodlands, TX. It was a full installation with a 10 year warranty for manufacture parts and a one year for labor. The two men came on time, were respectful and fully capable of doing the job. Afterwards I was shown how to operate the new thermostat and given the manual for it. Also, I was given instructions on what was done and how. I am very pleased with this family-owned business as they all want to please and make sure you are accommodated for.
