“We've used Long AC for 5+ years across multiple properties and always have great, timely service. They also don't try to oversell you like many companies do. As example, they fixed one cheap AC part 3-4 years ago for an AC that's still going strong today whereas another AC company was trying to tell me I needed a new $15k system. We have used them for anything from AC parts, yearly maintenance and even new systems. Colby specifically has always been on top of it for us. Over the last few years they've helped us replace 3 new systems (they were 19ish years old). They also have financing options which has been super helpful with unplanned expenses.”

This contact told me the evaporator coil was not working and quote $5K+ for replacement. I called another AC company for a second opinion. This company said the compressor was bad and the best to go was to replace the entire outside unit for $12K+ after that he would be able to identify whether the evaporator coil need to be replaced. I then called Long Air Conditioning. They had the AC fixed with just replacing the dryer and all in all it cost me $600. These guys were true professionals, knew what they were doing and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Main thing was they identified the correct problem and saved me a tone of money.
