About

24-7 Services Restaurant Repairs operates from Houston, Texas and centers its work on HVAC services aimed at restaurants and similar commercial spots. The company fields calls for emergency air conditioning repairs, furnace fixes, heat pump maintenance, and water heater work to keep indoor conditions stable amid the area's intense heat and humidity. Their offerings cover installation of new units, duct cleaning, humidifier setups, and R22 conversions for older systems that restaurants often rely on. Homeowners and business owners in the service area reach them through the listed contact for same-day responses when cooling or heating fails without warning.

Technicians from the company handle targeted jobs such as restoring two fryers at a restaurant location where arrival and departure times were logged precisely during the visit. They have worked on pizza ovens discontinued decades ago by swapping out temperature gauges when full parts were unavailable. Other calls involve LaMarzocco machines on food trucks where suppliers were contacted for replacement parts that reached over two thousand dollars before the customer decided against the work. These efforts extend to repeated visits on the same equipment issues in stores, with crews addressing electrical problems or blower motors in HVAC setups tied to kitchen operations.

Reviewers have pointed to problems with labor charges that exceeded actual time on site and multiple trips that left the same faults unresolved along with abrupt communication from staff. At the same time the overall rating accounts for cases where quick arrivals prevented total shutdowns in busy kitchens and kept pricing in line with quoted rates for straightforward fixes. Speed and quality stand out in some feedback while price concerns appear in others. DIRT Score 3.99 from 44 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Billing fraud — 6 hours charged for 68 minutes of work RRC serviced two fryers at our restaurant on April 16, 2026. Invoice #70118 charged $720 for "6 hours" of labor at $120/hr. Our security camera footage tells a different story: • Technician arrived: 12:33:56 PM • Technician departed: 1:42:26 PM • Actual on-site time: 1 hour, 8 minutes, 30 seconds That's over a 400% overcharge on labor. The invoice also double-charged $60 "travel" AND $40 "fuel" for a location 15 minutes from their shop. No itemized time log was provided. The repair work itself was fine. The billing is indefensible. I've offered to pay for actual time worked at their own stated rate ($177 total). Awaiting their response. Will update this review based on how they handle it. Fellow restaurant owners in San Antonio — demand itemized time logs before signing anything from RRC, and cross-check against your camera footage. Attaching invoice and CCTV timestamps as evidence.

Easily the worst repair company in the city. Visited my store over 5 times over a 2 month period for the same issue and fixed absolutely nothing. Technicians are rude, arrogant, and lack accountability.

I called to get a repair done on a LaMarzocco. I told them the part that I wanted replaced and they said they could replace it. I took my coffee truck in with the machine inside. It took them all day to get me a price from their supplier of over $2000 for the part. I denied the repair, so they charged me $240.00 for calling their supplier and getting a price for the part I asked to be replaced. I took the machine else where to an actual LaMarzocco certified repairman (YES ive learned certified exist now) and the part and labor was replaced for $100. DO NOT BELIEVE RRC!!!! The repairmen had nver even heard of LaMarzocco but the rep assured they knew how to work on LaMarzoccos.

I called this company out to fix my pizza oven. I explained the situation what was going on they even stated that there’s no parts available for the oven that it was discontinued in the oven was 27 years old. They said that they can swap out the one temperature gauge to the bottom of it for me they took over nine hours to replace a simple part that was already my part does not give me an estimate. Does not tell me how much it’s stolen to cost. Only it could cost a few hundred dollars and then get a phone call this morning two days later. Tell me it’s going to be $1600 per Texas law they have to give me a written estimate. I have to authorize that estimate they did not comply.

UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER – WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Ted frequently posts Craigslist ads looking for help growing his restaurant repair services business. I responded to one of those ads and spent 18 DAYS in detailed communication with him—through emails, text messages, and phone calls—offering real solutions and even building a custom business plan tailored to his needs. We spoke on the phone just 24 HOURS BEFORE I followed up, and the next day he acted like we’d never even spoken. This isn’t a one-time slip—it’s a REPEATED PATTERN where he forgets people, ignores prior conversations, and fails to follow through on any commitments. I’m not reviewing the repair service itself—I’m sharing my DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER. This level of disorganization speaks volumes about how the business is run. I'm posting this because in 2025, PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Time, energy, and professionalism matter. If you're thinking about working with him in ANY capacity—THINK TWICE. —Christopher V.
