“Don't waste your time! These folks will string you along, telling they can help you when they can't. I called on a Monday and was told I'd get a proposal by end of day Wednesday. I called Thursday and was told someone was onsite and I would have the proposal that day. I called Friday and was told I'd have the proposal Monday. I called Monday and Tuesday and no one answered. Today, Wednesday, I was told they're still working on the proposal. Terrible business practice. If someone had just told me they were busy and it would take some time to get to, I'd save their contact info for our next project. Considering what has happened so far, though, Alonso would be the very last contractor I'd call in San Antonio. In fact, I'd probably find someone from Houston and pay a travel fee, instead.”

“Yeah these guys are the worst drivers in the world. This dude bout ran me off the road on brown trl in Colleyville, and I'm not the only one!!! He almost sideswipped a few other drivers too!. It's a 30mph limit with a bunch of construction and one of thier drivers was driving recklessly and doing at least 60, with no blinker and non stop weaving through traffic. Watch out for these guys, they definitely don't prioritize safety, care about what their contractors are doing, or even how they're represented to the public.”
