“Super simple repair call consisting of adding 4 pounds of freon and 6 feet of straight run pvc condensate pipe. I was shocked when I got a bill for $694.03. Talked to Brad, and he said he was going to refund $100‐120. A month later, and nothing. I suggest getting an estimate before any work is performed.”
