What Customers Say

The only reason I used Bryco Plumbing was because I had new bathroom flooring installed and the flooring salesman said Bryco is who they usually refer to. Although Bryco was more pricey than the average plumber ($170/hr and $85 for 1-30 minutes), I decided to use them and replace all four of my toilets. They were able to send plumbers out within the next few days so I imagine they weren't very busy. All four toilets were installed in barely over 1 1/2 hours, but I was charged the full 2 hours. They offer a $15 military discount (total per trip), but charged $5 for the materials and another $20 for some truck charge. About a week later I noticed one of the toilets was leaking near the supply line so I called them to come back out. They had a plumber come out that same afternoon. The plumber said the angle stop was leaking and he changed it in about 10 minutes. Upon leaving he asked if it was going to be check or charge. To my surprise I informed him that the angle stop had never leaked before they installed the toilet, but it wasn't worth arguing over. I ended up having to pay for half an hour plus the cost of the part . . . but I made sure to ask for that $15 military discount. In the future I will stick to the plumber I typically use - and trust. Update: Unfortunately I did not completely inspect the workmanship on one of the toilets in a spare bathroom in which I use infrequently. From a standing position, I could not tell that the toilet was not sealed properly. Recently, I was cleaning something and was eye level on the floor and noticed that the toilet wasn't sealed properly. Again, unfortunately Bryco only warrantees their work for 30 days. Disappointing, but lesson learned for assuming competent work.

Bryco responded quickly to a request for an estimate for a repair underneath our pier & beam home. They diagnosed the issue and provided a very reasonable estimate. After approval the repair was scheduled and accomplished in short order. We really appreciate the Bryco's team's help with this problem.

Bryco has been my go to plumbing company since i found them 5 years ago. They are always quick to arrive to any job. They give a fair and good estimate and are quick to return if anything goes wrong. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Yet another very positive experience with Bryco. All of their plumbers are extremely competent, and we have had some challenging problems. They are punctual, professional, and courteous. Fees are reasonable. Office staff are also friendly, professional, and accommodating. I very much prefer to support smaller businesses, and Bryco reminds me of why I do that. May 2026- massive project for foundation leak. Persistence, competence, problem solving, professionalism, and Job-like patience with innumerable questions. And yet another totally positive experience!

I had a leak in my steam unit. Checked here and found Bryco Plumbing got good reviews. Left an email. Sean called me in a few minutes, set up an appointment. Johnny came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, called the manufacturer and advocated for a new unit. The manufacturer agreed, and in a few days the unit was installed and working. They are my plumbers now! Very quick, great job, clean, explained well and fixed the unit. Very, very satisfied.
