We initially had them perform a complete system check up during the buying process of our home. Jim, the technician, informed us that we had an older unit, but that it had been well maintained. He also gave us tips for continued maintenance instead of jumping at the gun to sell us a new unit. Honest guy!!! We asked them to come out again when we noticed a change in airflow to 1 side of our house. Jim came out and balanced the airflow and we could see a difference immediately.
