“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Robin Womack. She delivered my son over 11 years ago, and to this day I continue to see her—not just because she is an exceptional physician, but because she is truly an advocate for women. Dr. Womack takes the time to listen, to care, and to really get to the root of what is going on. She does not rush you. She makes you feel heard, validated, and supported. She genuinely cares about her patients in a way that is rare to find in medicine today. She has been there for me through some of the most vulnerable moments of my life—my birth experience, infertility struggles, emotional breakdowns, and medical concerns that other doctors simply could not figure out. She has seen me cry, comforted me, and never once made me feel like “just another patient.” While she no longer delivers babies, she is still hands down the best physician I have ever encountered. I have met several staff members and physicians at NEOBGYN Practice at Stone Oak, and every single person I’ve encountered has been wonderful. The Stone Oak office is warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. That said, Dr. Womack is truly one step above the rest. If you are looking for a doctor who is compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and who will advocate fiercely for your health—especially as a woman—Dr. Robin Womack is unmatched. I trust her completely and cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“This office is super unorganized and unprofessional. The people who work at the office are rude and talk down to you as if you are stupid. The Dr is nice however what she tells you during your visit and what happens afterwards are two different things. Last year she told me she would prescribe my depo rx for me and after telling her I’ve given myself the shot for years she completely understood and said she would send the rx to the pharmacy. Not only did she not send the rx to the pharmacy and I had to call the office for it to get sent but this year the office tells me she has never prescribed depo for me and that it was her covering dr. I’ve only ever seen one Dr at this office and I was not able to talk to her about this situation the only option I was given was to make an appointment. An appointment I don’t need to make since I’ve been seen this year and been prescribed the medication once this year. All I was asking for was a refill on birth control. Needless to say I will not be returning and will not recommend her to anyone.”

“Lack of bed side manners. I had to see this doctor (my regular doctor was pulled away to assist a patient in critical need) and this doctor performed an incision procedure on me without allowing time for numbing medicine to work. I was screaming in pain and she did not stop. She finished her procedure and walked out. I left and drove myself home in pain having to stop several times along my drive home due to excruciating pain. I notified the clinic but not sure if anything was ever done as I did not receive a follow-up on the complaint.”

“She has always been amazing. I love her bedside manner and she is always professional and compassionate. She also performed a procedure and I couldn’t even tell she did it because I had no pain but the results are fantastic. I highly recommend her to anyone.”
