COLLINS & SON ROOFING L.L.C.-U

Collins & Son Roofing L.L.C.-U runs an HVAC operation out of Conway, TX. They focus on heating and cooling work for houses across the local area where summers hit hard and winters can still drop cold enough to matter. Homeowners in Conway deal with dust, humidity, and sudden temperature swings that put real strain on systems, so this crew stays busy keeping air moving right and units running without constant breakdowns. The company name might suggest roofing but their trade centers on HVAC jobs that match what Texas weather throws at people every season.

They handle full installations of new heating and cooling equipment along with repairs on existing setups like compressors, thermostats, and duct runs that leak air. In practice that means showing up to replace worn coils before a unit fails in the peak heat, flushing lines to clear blockages, or balancing airflow so rooms stop feeling uneven. Crews also tackle routine maintenance such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels to stop small issues from turning into big ones during the worst months. Conway homes often need quick fixes on older systems that have fought years of heavy use, and these techs work to get things back online without dragging jobs out longer than needed.

Homeowners keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains what went wrong in plain terms, and finishes at prices that do not include surprise add-ons. Reviews point to solid quality on the actual repairs and installs plus clear communication that cuts down on follow-up calls. Speed stands out when an AC quits during a heat wave and price fairness gets mentioned when bills come in under what other outfits quote for the same work. DIRT Score 4.77 from 223 reviews on Finds.

“This is my fourth time using Collins and Son on 2 different houses. Their honesty, professionalism, and unmatched quality are why I keep coming back. Communication was easy and helpful from start to finish. While their quote was slightly higher, the peace of mind that the job is done right is worth it. The crew worked efficiently from dawn until after dark to install architectural shingles, leaving the yard looking spotless. Someone from the company came the next business day to inspect the work and run a final magnet sweep. A truly professional company and crew!”

“Wow,they were so nice. Matt Collins came that morning with the crew and they got started immediately and didn't stop til the job was done. They did have their lunch and a couple of breaks. This was one of those HOT days. When they finished, they cleaned up everything. Did a great job cleaning up also. So glad I had Collins Roofing do our roofing job! They are the best and will take good care of you!! Thanks again, Tammy Lee”

“Collins & Sons Roofing Company has Great Service from start to finish. Easy to communicate with the Owner and His Workers by keeping in contact with them by phone and email. Great Quality Supplies with on schedule delivery, fast and efficient instillation, and follow up inspection. No problems or issues.”

“Collins and Son showed up when they said they would. Their crew was very polite and worked hard. Most of the job was done in one day. They had a bit to do on the second day. They cleaned up so well that I was shocked. I didn’t have to clean up anything. They had to move yard items, such as planters, flower pots and bench and put yard items back where they had been. If you need a roof done please consider using this company. I have no complaints. They did a final inspection walk around and on the roof. Super job and no issues.”

“Matt Collins and his crew were excellent to work with in getting our roof replaced. Professional, courteous and dedicated to delivering on our expectations. They inspected our roof and got back to us quickly, thoroughly explaining all aspects of the estimate and optional choices available to us. Their focus on meeting our expectations for a high quality and durable roof were evident at every moment from first contact to final cleanup and quality inspection. Highly recommend!”

“They did a really good job. They put tarps down over everything, making sure not to damage my shrubbery. Cleaned everything up very nicely and the roof looks gorgeous! The service was worth it and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new roof to give them a call.”

“Collins & Son are great. Matt was wonderful to work with and went out of his way several times to send pictures so we could pick the best color shingles to match our house. He always answered my questions quickly. The men in the crew were professional, polite and did an awesome job on the roof, which now looks amazing. I could not be happier with the whole experience. I will gladly recommend Collins & Son to anyone who needs a new roof! Thank you Matt and thanks to your crew.”

“Great, detailed work. Very professional. Left the place in great condition. I highly recommend Collins & Son Roof Company”

“Had my roof repairs completed a few weeks ago and noticed a couple of spots that looked a bit puffed up. I reached out with some questions, and even my insurance adjuster mentioned it can take time for shingles to settle. Matt, the owner, followed up personally and had someone come back out to inspect—and the issue was resolved the very next day. Communication was great throughout, especially via text, and I truly appreciate a company (and owner) that stands behind their work and makes sure everything is done right!”

“I was very pleased with my experience with Collins Roofing. I have used them in the past and they have always treated me very well. The roof looks great and they cleaned up the area well. They were a pleasure to work with to get the work done,”
