“Payne with Massey Mechanical did a fantastic job. We had already had another HVAC company out, but Payne found an issue that the previous technician, our home inspector (it's a new house), and even a home energy evaluation all missed. His attention to detail was impressive, and our AC is running so much better now. He also took the time to explain which air filters to use and made recommendations for our vents to help the system perform more efficiently. That extra time, thoroughness, and willingness to educate us really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Payne and Massey Mechanical!”

“We are new to the Greenbrier area and have relocated numerous times over the years. We always wary about finding new service providers we can trust. Our HVAC was compressor was making a noise that I was concerned about. Dustin was scheduled to come out at 2:00 this afternoon but got tied up with earlier calls and was running late. Both the office and Dustin contacted us multiple times and provided a status, so we were never left wondering whether or when he would arrive. When he arrived, he apologized for being late and proceed to do a thorough diagnostic on our unit for both AC and heat. It is an 18-year-old unit but is still working. He serviced the unit which included a thorough cleaning of the unit inside and out. He checked the amperage and the starter compressor. He blew out”
