“The technician (Jake) showed up about 30 minutes after I called about my mini split unit being inoperable...great response time! The technician was very courteous..he performed a thorough check of the unit, and had it running in short order! He provided me with a detailed explanation of the problem afterwards. “These guys were recommended by a friend of a friend. I got 2 quotes and their quote was 37% below the other quote for comparable equipment. I also was told by the guy from the first quoting company i contacted that I needed to replace the furnace in my attic. Wayne at Tempco came out and looked at all of it to give me a quote and said the furnace in the attic did NOT necessarily need to be replaced, but he would be glad to do that. I was impressed by his honesty and we decided to replace it anyway since it was old. The guys that did the install were courteous and professional. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves (maybe cleaner than when they arrived). I would definitely use Tempco again. Highly recommend!”

“Called to get my ac fixed in the 90+ heat and was told they could get someone out right away. Waited the whole day in the heat and never received a call. When I did call them the next day they told me they got busy and couldn't be bothered to call and when I said I would take my service somewhere else they replied with "we don't care.". The fact they don't care you can be in 90+ degree weather and not even be bothered to call to tell you they can't show is telling. This is also the same people which installed the unit and took several attempts to even get it working. UPDATE: the unit these people installed three years ago failed because they didn't properly clean the lines when they welded so they caused the inside coil to fail.
