“Absolutely incredible service from Top Notch Heating and Air! Our AC stopped working mid-afternoon, and it’s summertime in Arkansas—our house went from cool to 84 degrees FAST! 🥵 We called Top Notch fully expecting there was no way we would be seen until the next day. Instead, they sent someone out the same day, after hours, and truly saved us from having to pack up for a hotel or spend the night surrounded by fans trying to keep us and our dogs cool! Dylan came out and spent his evening helping us get back up and running. I know this was time he could have been at home, and we are so incredibly grateful that he went above and beyond for us. “5 stars! I came home from vacation and within hours, my air stopped working around 9pm and suddenly it was 79 degrees inside my home. I called Top Notch and they answered the phone promptly. He took my info and the tech, Terry, was on his way within minutes. He arrived within an hour of me calling and got to work right away. I found out that my capacitor had died (again!) and that my unit needed regular maintenance to keep that part of my unit healthy. Terry was fantastic - quick, efficient, and professional. He was able to get the part replaced and my unit working again and my house was able to sleep soundly. We are so grateful for them. “We needed someone to come out on a Sunday to service our air conditioner. The first place I called said that they couldn't get to me. The next place wanted to charge me $225 on Sunday, but if I would wait till Monday it would be $105. I called Top Notch and someone answered the phone and immediately connected me to a technician. Stephen gave me an approximate time and came out promptly and diagnosised my problem. He did not have the part on his truck so he explained to me that someone would be out to fix it first thing Monday morning. Top Notch only charged me $150 for a Sunday call. Dylan and Sabastan arrived promptly around 9:30 that morning and were able to fix my unit and get me back up and going. There was no additional service charge for them coming back out on Monday and the repair ”
