Each time they were patient and courteous while trying to track down the problem and, despite her having an old system, NEVER TRIED TO UPSELL HER TO A NEW UNIT. At her request, they sent a more experienced tech the final time who successfully diagnosed the switching on of her heating system. He fixed it and professionally advised her that the system should probably be replaced within the next season or two.
