“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They were rude and disrespectful, even going so far as to curse at my husband. I purchased a home from a friend, and her name was still listed on the AC system. I was told by this company that if I removed the damaged part and returned it to them, they would provide me with the replacement part. I hired a trusted family friend from Mission, Texas, who owns an AC company, to come to Alice and remove the damaged part. However, when I called back to get the new part and return the old one, they denied ever making that promise. As a result, my family friend had to replace the entire AC unit. This was a frustrating, costly, and unnecessary ordeal. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I still have to report them and will.”

“I am posting this for Jimmy Bowen as the first one was taken down. I had purchased a new ac unit and had them install it. I was not home during the installation but my wife was. When I came home it looked like a 3 year old installed it. I have several times tried to call about this and every time it seems they want deny any wrong doings on their part. So I called another a/c company to fix there screw up, only to find out they had not installed correctly. His exact words were this is the worst installation he has ever seen. I called the owner to see if they could fix their mistake and was told there is nothing they can or will do on their end and hung up on me. I am only posting this in hopes that no one else will go through what I went through. They are crooks and should not be trusted. I would give no stars if that was an options”

“I wish I could say if there service is good or not. We called twice and each time we were told a man would call that afternoon. We waited a week and called again,again we were told an installer would be out that afternoon, no one called or came. We still have not heard from them and we have since call someone else who gave us prompt service. I think it is terrible customer service and I think poor customer service bodes other issues as well”

“This company doesn’t stand by their word or their work. Had a new system installed 14 months ago. System leaks out the air return undetected after they had to replace the air coil because originally damaged during installation. They would not fix the leak. Claiming it was out of warranty, 1 yr, though the last time they worked was 10 months after installation. This doesn’t even cover the no heat in the home twice when it froze earlier this year, even then they were reluctant to rectify and accidentally found a freon leak. Not even worth 1 star. I so much believed in this company until I bought a new system from the. I am now gladly paying another company to fix what they want to turn their back on.”

“Manager is very unprofessional by not trying to resolve our concerns regarding the tech and possibly the job not done correctly or at all. He will make up excuses for his workers. AND MY PARENTS BOUGHT THE A/C FROM THEM. The tech showed up at my parents home 20 minutes til 5 and it takes longer to flush an a/c when it's not cooling. I called manager next day because the issue wasn't resolved and he just kept giving all kinds of scenarios of what could've caused a/c to continue to not work properly. I asked if tech could come back to recheck it and he said they would charge 100 again for the visit. 20 minute job $100 and my parents would have to pay again because he said more than likely, a spider or roach crawled in right after the tech flushed it, because it's hot and their looking for water. He loves to talk nonsense. A friend brought their shop vac and flushed it out and guess what.. it's working properly. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY is never right!”
