“Renee answered our call at 8am on a Saturday. He said he could be over in 30mins and he was there in 30 mins. We had a clogged ac pipe how embarrassing something we could have resolved had we’d been paying attention to it. But Renee did more he showed us how to apply bleach every 3 month, how to setup nest on our phone and what we can do to remove any obstruction from the outside drain. It was worth the call and Renee took great care of us.”
