“Never registered my new unit. Did not honor warranty, killed a train that did not make it past 8 years. Poor maintenance , bad customer service. And rigged a 5 ton unit on a 2 1/2 ton hook up. Bad juju!! Never again. Advise against this company! -10 stars in my book !!! Thousands of dollars wasted, was ripped off!!!”

“I’m very disappointed with the service this company is giving me. In May of this year I called them to come out and look at my A/C unit. They came out the next day. They told me it was the blower motor and needed to be replaced. So I had them replace it. Over $500 and 3 days later it wasn’t working again. They came out the next day and said it was a minor adjustment. Now 2 months later it’s not working again and doing the same exact thing. I called them this morning which just happens to be on a Sunday and the 4th of July. Unfortunately it stopped working the night before. They told me they can come out for a service charge of $80. I asked why they would charge me to look at it again especially because it’s doing the same thing and it had only been 2 months? He told me because it’s a weekend he had to charge me but if it was during the week it would be no charge. I have an 84 year old mother who lives with me and is on oxygen and the weather is pretty hot right now. I’m very disappointed that they would want to charge someone with the same problem especially since it’s only been 2 months. So now we have to wait till Tuesday to have someone come look at it because of the holiday weekend. Very poor service in my eyes!!!! Never will recommend this company to anyone.”
