“They are no longer at this building. they are two buildings down. The first entrance of the gate is what you want to get in for truckers. Stay as far right as you can to take that turn. To get into the dock you have to go to the end of the building and start as if you're gonna turn around. It's a bit tight with the things you can hit but it's doable.”

“Called and and set up an appointment for the morning. Called again just to confirmonly to be told that he wouldn't be there till the afternoon. I waited for him all afternoon and he didn't show up. When I called them they said they would be there the next. The technician showed up 45 minutes after he said he would be there. When he got there he looked at the job and said it would take too long and he wasn't going to do it even though I had already explained exactly what they were going to have to do two days before when I book the appointment. I got 0 apologies from the owner. Worst air conditioning company I've ever dealt with!!!! The owners is a jerk and his workers are joke!”
