“I called Bell's AC & Heating on Monday. A gentleman by the name of Tom answered. He stated that he could probably send a technician out on Tuesday but that Wednesday was more likely. To make it more convenient, he also mentioned that I would receive a call an hour before so that I could have notice to leave work and simply meet the technician. On Wednesday, I called to make certain that I was scheduled for service, and a lady by the name of Cassie confirmed my appointment. She contacted me at 2:30 to see if I was able to meet the technician. When I arrived at my home, the technicians were waiting for me. I was a bit nervous, as my husband typically handles this type of household issue. However, I was able to explain my issue to Jarred and Nikko, and they quickly began to address the issue. Jarred not only explained the issue so that I could understand but he also showed me the issue. He also provided me with helpful tips, including the need for an updated thermostat. He happened to have one on hand and installed it for me. I asked Jarred if they offered military discount, and even though I didn't have my husband's military ID, Jarred was kind enough to apply the discount. I am in the middle of home renovations and spring cleaning, so when I began to notice an issue with my system l became quite stressed. I wanted to thank Jarred and Nikko for understanding and making me feel at ease. I also called Cassie the next morning to tell her how pleased I was with the staff and with the service.
