“A faulty low voltage transformer was replaced. It is a low tech item that required less than an hour total. The charge for the part was $428. Using information from the box the part was in, it cost less than $30 at Lowes, Amazon or ebay. A 1000% markup is outrageous. With the service call added the bill was over $500. I was a long time customer of Sigwald and was always happy with the service provided. If Beyer wants my business, they need to respect their customers”
