“We bought a house that Clayton recently installed a complete ac system on. The units are about a year old. They installed one of the units on an old wooden frame that was about to collapse. We rebuilt it. We’ve had 2 ac condensation line leaks. One of the leaks created a mold problem. I called Clayton and spoke to someone who said they would look into the repair receipts so we could get assistance from insurance on covering cost for ceiling replacement. They assured me they would that day. Now they are not answering or returning my calls. As I understand, the previous owner chose them because of price. It all goes back to “you get what you pay for. I would not recommend.”
