“Jared is knowledgable, professional, a pleasure to work with, and fixed my washer to perfection at a reasonable price. All of this, and he kindly endured my husband and I questioning his diagnosis of the problem with patience and kindness, let us work through "our" idea while teaching us about how the machine works, and then kindly fixed it the way he knew it needed to be fixed all along when we turned out to be wrong (of course), patiently educating me along the way, so that I can be better at maintaining my machine, moving forward. Additionally, he worked to obtain parts for me at the lowest costs possible. It is a rare gem to have someone this knowledgable, experienced, professional, helpful and reliable in this little town.
