“I contacted this Company for AC Repairs, their pricing is great they are prompt and very professional. The tech that came to my house was awesome and Judy in the office is totally awesome and very helpful and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for AC Repairs. “This AC company was great. They live up to their name. Their prices were the best I have found. They consult with you and give you options. They don't try to replace things that don't need replacing. If they recommend something it is because you actually need it. They show up on time, honor their word, and they don't leave a mess. Their technicians are respectful and professional. I also will note I had a part go bad due to a power surge. The part was covered under warranty. I called them and they sent someone right out, and replaced the part under warranty with no charge. This is a good company. I highly recommend them.”

“Let's see where to begin 1st off their technician of 30 years thought that he knew what was wrong with my AC just by looking at it. When I told him we've changed multiple parts out he told me it was the condenser or compressor or whatever it is so I was gonna purchase a whole new unit. Thankfully we found another technician to come out and eat come out and he found the problem right away the problem was with the inside unit a fuse had blown. So when I call discount Air conditioning and heating They did not want to believe that their technician didn't do the job. So of course I asked for a refund because I paid a $115 for a technician that was only there 5 minutes. When I called back the receptionist bless her little heart. Got her feelings hurt because I wanted the refund they hung up on me multiple times didn't let me talk she thought I was being rude but not once did I cuss at her they just knew that their business was no good and their technician was no good I would not recommend these people to work with they are very rude especially the person that answers the phone I will be reporting It to the BBB.”

“I originally called Discount AC because my AC was not cooling . The repairman came and put Freon in it and it was working . That is what I was told it needed . . Well that was short lived a day or so later I had no AC again . Well after waiting for the repairman to come back which was not when he said it was a day later . Informs me I need a new unit . And it would be $3300 for just the one part of the AC not the whole thing just the condenser . Well I told them no I was not going to pay that much for under 1200 sq ft home .. I did my due diligence and checked around and getting it done inside and outside for close to the same price , and a better AC system than I had . And they are replacing the slab which I was told it didn’t need that was broken .”
