“Freaking SLACKER! We needed a quote on replacing inside unit of a new house. He didn’t show when he was supposed to. Then showed the next day late in the day and didn’t give us a quote but asked for the money for the service call. Said he would get us the quote that evening and didn’t. Said he would get it the next morning and didn’t. After four days of calls, texts, and emails back and forth he got us a “quote” that was insane and he even admitted it was wrong!! Don’t use this place, he might know air conditioning but he doesn’t know how to run a business. I would rather be told “I’m too busy” and I would have respected that. Unreliable, and inattentive. Do not use”

I will continue to use Fuentes for all my heating and air conditioning repair and replacement needs. They are responsible when entering your home, wore a mask to keep any health concerns I would have. Really appreciate these guys and gals running this business. I cannot complain about anything. If you are in our area by way of living here or vacationing here. If you need their type of service you woulwill take care of youd be at a disadvantage using anyone else.
