“My first appointment was amazing, I was heard and understood. My second appointment yesterday, was, totally different. They had a half day, and the wait was over 45minutes delayed. I got there at 9:45 AM didn't leave till almost noon, I didn't not mind waiting at all. I understand things get backed up at times. So instead of doing my follow up with my pap exam that was scheduled, they just pushed me through with the pap. Didn't address my ultra sounds that I got over 2 weeks ago. In fact they looked at me stunned that I had even had an ultrasound. I didn't get to address one of the medications that's giving me insanely bad side effects, nore do I know how to contact my Dr. To get put on another medication. The Dr. was kind, the nurse how ever. As soon as my pap was done they said bye, and i had to stop them with NO PANTS ON and ask "what about my ultrasound scans" & the nurse said " no mommas your only here for a womans wellness pap" um no mamm I'm here for a follow up exam and a pap.. the nurese, "your going to have to schedule another appointment she'll get a hold of you through my chart to talk about the scans." No one has gotten a hold of me through the Mychart app. And when I agreed to another appointment the nurse said "well shes booked out." Instead of just saying no problem let me get you scheduled. I'm still going to need another appointment to go over long term care anyways and get the proper medications that i'll need. But now I have to wait until the next appointment instead of them just doing my full appointment yesterday. If your facility has a half day, and is delayed in taking in appointments at the time scheduled, it doesn't mean the facility gets to give half care of the patient and brush them off until 3 weeks later. I'll never mind being patient for an appointment, but to recieve half care when I finally get to see a doctor, that's not ok at all for any person going into the facility for care. The nurse cared more about getting patients out the door and themselves out of work early than she did about giving full care of the appointment scheduled. I don't understand how someone like that could be hired and keep their job in the field of medicine. And I still dont know how I can contact my doctor without them reaching out first through the mychart app.”

“This is the worst place to go to seek medical help your medication is always 4 to 5 days late they never ever answer the phone you have to drive down there just to ask a question if you even complain a little bit they will have security throw you out. The doctor I saw changed my medication without even discussing it with me knowing it could in danger my life and you can't even complain because security escorts you out. I would never recommend this place”

“if i could give zero stars i would. You literally can NOT get ahold of anyone doesn't matter if you are at the clinic or if you are calling. the staff do not care to help answer your questions and at times can be rude definitely not Hospitable at all. The phone tree doesn’t work. Nobody answers the phone and whenever you press zero to ask about other questions, the phone completely goes to a busy tone. It is unbelievable how inattentive this clinic is and how unhelpful their staff are.”

“Walking in all I see are Spanish Billboard and no English billboard. I'm going to report this and I took a picture. There's always English and Spanish Billboard put up everywhere That's against the law...That's racist.”

“Definitely hard to get ahold of anyone. I called to see if I can walk in or schedule an appointment and lady on the phone tells me she doesn’t know and that I have to wait for the scheduling department to get back from lunch at 1:15pm. I called at 11:45am. Don’t understand why they wouldn’t take ANY calls during this prime time because they want to have an extended lunch on a Wednesday morning. Definitely unprofessional that I can’t manage to reach ANYONE to schedule for 2 hours!!”
