“Yesterday, June 1, 2026, Total Assurance A/C & Heating installed a new American Standard central a/c system in my home. I am pleased to say I am totally satisfied. The estimate from Adam for a brand new 4 ton American Standard system, which is a higher quality system, was much more reasonable than I expected, and the installation team of Beto and Geo is first-rate. You couldn't ask for a more professional team to do this work and installation is extremely important for a home central a/c. They work carefully and leave nothing undone. It's a big job but they clean up very well when done. This is a company that is on the rise because of the quality of their work and reasonableness of pricing for a top shelf brand. Five stars and well-deserved.”

“We have used Total Assurance several times at our facility for troubleshooting and repair services. Our experience had generally been positive until recently. Over the past three to four weeks, I have contacted their office multiple times—at least three times—to request estimates for air conditioning replacements. During my last call, the representative who answered apologized for the delay and assured me that someone would follow up with the requested information. Unfortunately, I have not received any response since then. Due to the lack of communication and follow-through, we have decided that we will no longer be using Total Assurance for services at our facility.”
