“We constantly have problems with our AC and we sadly have a warranty through them. They have been out about 9 times in the 3 years we lived here, the first time they flooded our AC so bad they had to replace it because they kept pumping it with Freon instead of finding the actual leak (which there was). I would just steer clear from this company. (My ac is only 3 years old. Well now 1 because of their own mistake)”

“Mcnatt installed a mini split in our garage when we built our house 3 years ago. It leaked water into the inside garage wall from the get go. Mcnatt came out and tried to fix it Numerous times. Like at least Seven times. Most of the time we were charged to fix the same problem. We are having another company come out to fix it. Mcnatt sucks. We will make sure they lose more business than what it would have cost them to actually fix the problem.”
