“So disappointed with the lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff… if I could give them a negative star, I would. Just hope that when they or their loved ones need an appointment they work with a sense of urgency. Just to clarify, this is not a complaint about the doctor… is about the staff.”

I wanted a female Dr. because I had some bad experiences with the male doctors who seemed to chuck my headaches and back pain with being a woman. But I went to Dr. Robert Morales and he was very understanding and sent me for lab work instead of telling having headaches and back pain is all part of being a woman. He has helped me with my pain and medical issues and for that I am completely grateful. And all his staff are nice and polite.”
