About

Pavelka Sales & Service Inc runs an HVAC operation from Waco, Texas. The family owned company has provided air conditioning and heating work across the area since 1983 with a clear focus on Trane equipment. Central Texas heat puts constant strain on cooling units in homes and small commercial spots so the crew stays ready for the steady demand. They sit at 400 Towne Oaks Dr and handle service across neighborhoods that see long stretches of high temperatures and humidity. Local homeowners know the value of quick response when an older unit quits during peak summer.

Technicians handle Trane AC repairs along with heating service and full replacements when systems fail to keep up. Sean has drawn notice for making purchases fast and easy with smooth handling that led to quick delivery on trailers and similar items. The team shows up for diagnostic calls on units that lose cooling power or develop airflow problems and works through the fix on site. Paperwork for sales moves along though customers sometimes need to review details to catch any errors before final steps wrap up. Service covers both emergency breakdowns and planned maintenance that keeps equipment running through the worst weather.

Customers keep pointing to solid speed on jobs and clear communication about what needs fixing along with fair pricing that matches the work completed. Quality shows up in how units hold up after repairs without repeat visits. The mix of sales and service draws steady feedback on reliable follow through once the crew arrives. What Customers Say

Buyers beware! The owner, Benji Pavelka, is a liar and a cheat. He isn't honest about what he sells, and then doesn't do the right thing for his customers. I bought a used motorhome from him after he convinced me that it was a great deal and a very dependable RV. He told me that the RV was in great shape, top to bottom, and had no issues. I asked him if it was dependable enough to drive to Ohio to visit my parents, and he assured me that it would have no issues and that he would take his family on a trip with it. I asked him when I picked it up if the roof was in good shape, and he said it was in great shape and didn't need any repairs. I picked it up from him on February 15th, 2026, and started driving to Ohio. I made it just NE of Dallas when the RV broke down and left me stranded due to a wiring issue that caused a fire. This was later determined to be because Benji hired a shadetree mechanic to install a new (actually used, even though he states it was new) power inverter that was wired completely wrong and created electrical issues that caused a fire at the main house batteries and the main circuit board. I had to have it towed to an RV repair shop to get an estimate to fix the wiring and any other known issues. Upon inspection, I was told that the roof was very bad and needed to be completely redone, along with a new power inverter, 4 new house batteries, and completely rewiring the main harness from the damage caused by the electrical fire, a new water heater (it didn't work), and the generator needed to be serviced due to carburetor issues. All said and done, it was a bill of over $13,500. I made several attempts to work something out with Benji, but he never made any attempts to work out a fair and equitable resolution. I asked him to do the right thing, and he just ignored my repeated request.... You have been warned. Doing business with liars and cheats will leave you in this same situation. Buy elsewhere from someone fair and honest! Update Post Benji's reply: Funny hours later, Benji (the owner) replies to the Google review, but couldn't bother to ever get back to me after several attempts to resolve this fairly. Facts: I picked up the RV from J&B Pavelka from the owner, Benji. He told me all about his business and his great reputation. He assured me that I was buying a very dependable RV and would have no issues. Benji made so many false statements about the overall condition of the RV to mislead me into thinking that it was a solid RV and that it didn't need anything. Hours later, that couldn't have been further from the truth. His reply is an attempt to cover up the truth and his lack of character and honesty. I paid what the market value was for the RV in good mechanical condition. His original asking price was far above the true value. The fact that he tries to justify his actions because he sold it to me for less than his asking price is just him trying to mislead and justify his actions. I asked Benji to compensate me back $3K to make things a little fairer. I called and texted him multiple times, and he never replied or got back to me. I think my ask was more than fair since the actual repairs were $13,500... You tell me who was wrong or right in this situation??? The thing about reviews is that people will read this and take caution when deciding to buy anything used from your business. Best of luck, and I hope you do the right thing for future customers. Cheers!

The girl that does the paperwork doesn't know what she is doing and made it a nightmare. She also tried pulling a fast one on me luckily I caught it and had them fix it. However it delayed me getting my title by a couple of weeks luckily it is a project truck that going to take me a little while to make road worthy. The salesman was good but office horrible.
