I had to explain everything to my husband later when he got home and she was nice enough to leave her personal cell just incase he had questions. “Highland AC was great in communicating, notified me and kept me up to date on scheduling and arrival time. Appointment was set up very quickly. Technician sent for my service was April. She is Professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about A/C service and repair. She worked from the time she arrived until she finished and left. Our air handler is in the attic, it was a very hot and humid day, this did not stop her from being thorough and completing the job. We had a problem with the main drain being clogged, drain not installed properly, and had a leak at a fitting. Secondary drain was not totally installed properly. She fixed everything. She also checked our equipment for any other service issues. I will definitely be calling Highland AC for any future repairs and service.”
