“I had such an AC dilemma in my apartment for two weeks where the system was running really running for like 8 1/2 hours plus and then I would just quit the property sent Scott technician Mike Can I say that I was extremely impressed he was very patient and very kind. He listened to all my questions and I had a lot of them because I have a tendency to do extensive research on things when I feel like there’s a challenge and I need to feel that every Piece of data is reviewed and looked at and there is some type of resolution. Again he listened to all the things I kind of threw at the wall. He did a lot of things you know like flush out coils, seal up areas that need to be sealed up check the condenser flush out the coils check the charge-open vents temperatures of the walls and we already knew that there was a wall where there was damage and air structural damage, which is gonna be repaired next week, so hopefully once that’s buttoned up, I must say the system‘s been cycling as expected and I’m praying that Over the weekend and particularly when the temperature gets hot outside is repaired it’ll hold true but I just wanted to give a big shout out. I was highly impressed by Mike definitely.”
