David took my call, heard the issue and confirmed that he would have a technician to my rented condo quickly. Mind you, the AC company that installed our unit a couple of years ago was called first and they couldn’t get out for another six hours, which would have left my guests in a very uncomfortable situation in summertime heat and humidity. After assessing our situation, we decided we needed a new air conditioning system. Not what we wanted during the summer but, they provided us with a detailed quote within the hour on a Saturday. Monday morning three techs came out to start removing the old system. After lunch they began the install of the new one. They were not only skilled, but also friendly and courteous. It’s summer and HOT, but they worked diligently and completed the installation by Monday evening.
