“Victor Garcia showed up within 20 minutes of our call and took less than 10 minutes to detect the issue and repair it! He had us cooling off very quickly (thank goodness)! And the icing on the cake was that he remembered seeing my daughter and grandchild when he had repaired our unit 3 years prior…I love that personal touch by small town businesses! We’ve been customers of this great company my whole life and I don’t plan on changing that.”
