“Extreme Satisfaction I submitted a work request around 8 PM on Saturday night and was called approximately 30 minutes later by the owner. He asked if the service could wait until the next day, and it certainly could. He gave me a time range for the next day and was there at the beginning of the window. He diagnosed my issue within 20 minutes and gave me the approximate cost. He was done in approximately an hour total time with the cost not exceeding the estimate. “They take great care of us. We've struggled with an issue with our ac unit x years. They came in and found a previous provider had installed something backwards. No problems since. Called someone else they came and replaced a single part and had it running in 30 mins. What a mistake *Update - I will give them respect. They contacted me, acknowledged my concern and made it right. Based on their response I feel like this experience is not a true representation of the company. Not a lot of companies would not have reacted the way they did to a bad review. I appreciate the integrity!”
